Daylong Meditation Retreat
In this daylong mindfulness retreat, we will explore the Brahma Viharas—the four sublime states of the heart: lovingkindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. These four attitudes remove barriers to joy, bring peace in times of conflict, connect us with others, and heal the wounds of the heart. Through short teachings, guided meditations and interpersonal sharing in a safe and supportive setting, you will learn ways to cultivate a boundless spirit of love and compassion in your own heart and mind.
This retreat is open to beginning and experienced meditators.
Please bring a sack lunch. Water, coffee and tea will be provided.
Suggested donation $35-45
