A Day Long Mindful Retreat with La Sarmiento
Saturday, January 20th
As our country continues to get tangled in webs of greed, hatred, and delusion, join us for a day of taking refuge in our own innate goodness, in practices and teachings that alleviate suffering and cultivate true happiness, and in supportive community.
Through the practices of sitting, walking, and eating meditation, mindful movement, interactive exercises, and mindful discussions, my aspiration is for us to leave inspired and empowered as we compassionately “get real” with ourselves and find ways to keep our hearts open to the 10,000 joys and sorrows of this life.
Hope you can join us!
Suggested Donation is $35 though no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please register below.
Seating is LIMITED and you must REGISTER TO ATTEND.
