      Healing Narcissistic Abuse

      A Two Saturday Series Workshop

Saturday, August 3 and Saturday August 10th from 9am-1:30pm

Anyone with long-term exposure to a narcissist can experience trauma, PTSD, depression and severely damaged self-esteem. As a result, we (people-pleasers, codependents, empaths – the preferred prey of narcissists) become confrontation-avoidant, untrusting of ourselves and our instincts. We stifle our voices, overcommit, suffer from feeling emotionally toyed-with, allow our boundaries to collapse and can eventually lose ourselves entirely. In order to heal, we must fully understand this disorder and our role in the narcissistic/codependent dance.

Through a combination of lessons, group discussions, guided meditations, confidence-building exercises, deep narcissistic examination and self-soothing practices, we learn about:

      • Finding our Voice (and feeling heard)
      • Five Main Narcissistic Personality Types
      • Navigating the Narcissistic Road Map and Understanding the Journey
      • Self-love and Self-soothing Practices
      • The Narcissistic Parent
      • Gaslighting
      • Divorcing (or ending the relationship with) a Narcissist Safely
      • Protection, Retorts, Tools and Establishing No Contact
      • Identifying Codependent, People-Pleasing Red Flags in Ourselves
      • Establishing Healthy, Lasting Boundaries with Cluster B Personality Types
      • Raising our Vibrational Energy to Attract Healthy Relationships
      • The Art of Forgiveness and Finding Peace in the Midst of Chaos
Note: This workshop held over 2 weekends due to the volume of information that will be shared. The intense nature of the subject matter is tempered with gentleness, humor, calming tools and treats.

Please enjoy a healthy breakfast before arriving as we will not be breaking for lunch. We will have a mid-morning snack break – snacks will be provided. Students will take home numerous handouts and reading materials. Please bring a notebook. Feel free to wear your most comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, pillow or blanket.
