Join us for a 4 hour exploration into Vipassana or mindfulness meditation
practice and learn how to develop mindfulness in daily life.
This beginners workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of mindfulness and a meditation technique known as Insight meditation through guided practice, mindfulness exercises, group discussion and periods of silence. You’ll walk away with the basics and resources in helping you start and maintain your own meditation practice.
PLEASE BRING A SACK LUNCH. We will provide water and light snacks. Chairs and cushions available though if you have your own cushion, please bring it.
