Restoring the Temple:

A Women’s Series for Bringing Magic and Intuition
back in to Our Spiritual Practice.

October 8th, 15th, 29th, November 5th
(No class on October 22)

Monday Evenings from 6:30-8:30pm

This four-part series is an interactive and inspiring group class that aims to reconnect women to their own unique spiritual and creative path. Utilizing various techniques such as movement, breath-work, in-depth discussion, card readings, herbal energy medicine, and guided creative journeys/meditations, this class will help to realign participants to their own intuition and the messages in the world within and without.

This class is for the open hearted, who would love to share space with other female seekers. Every individuals’ experience will be unique, so leave your expectations behind and trust your intuition on whether to sign up.


Week 1: Sweep the Temple Floors
Creating space in our schedule and our mind; Self Care; Herbs for calming
Week 2: Rebuilding and Restructuring the Temple
Developing intuitive practices; Law of attraction and manifestation; Dreams, symbolism and synchronicity
Week 3: Adorning the Temple
Creativity as spiritual practice; Finding what lights you up; Creating prayers, spells and invocations
Week 4: Opening the Temple doors
Our journey as a shared journey; Your body, words, actions and thoughts as energetic healing for the world;
Integration of the mystical and the mundane; Your life as worship


Cost: $100 for the full class and consultation and must be paid in advance to attend.
*This class also includes a free 25 minute consultation for each participant outside of class time

Avery Lilley

Avery Lilley is an intuitive inspiration teacher focusing on creativity, deep connectedness and awakening the beauty in others and the world. Her offerings are aimed at reconnecting individuals to their own inner guidance and soul purpose.

Through various techniques, including: inspired movement, guided meditations, focused journey work, spoken word, and writing, Avery encourages and guides open-hearted participants to reach new levels of personal wellbeing.

Avery holds a bachelor’s degree in health and wellness education, a yoga teacher certification, a quantum reiki healer certification, and has completed many trainings and courses in the areas of intuitive healing, manifesting, and women’s wellness/empowerment. In addition to those, she has done much self-study and practice in various traditional and modern healing modalities, including: ancestral food, law of attraction, affirmation work, and pranayama (breathwork). Most recently she completed a one on one training with a distinguished Shamanic Therapist and ancestral food healer.
Avery believes in caring for the body as a temple and as a direct connection to the soul and shares many practices for doing so, in her classes and consultations. In her personal life, Avery enjoys time in nature and sees teaching and connecting with like minded individuals as a soul medicine. Her favorite activity is to have tea with loved ones and to tap in to the magic of the seen and unseen in the world around her.
