      Wheel of Life Workshop

      Saturday, February 8th from 9am - 1pm

      The Wheel of Life process is a powerful visual tool used by coaches and psychologists around the world. It’s a tool that offers a 360-degree view of your current life situation and quickly identifies areas of imbalance.

      In this workshop, you’ll be taking a hard look at each facet or “spoke”of your life. Awareness is the first step towards identifying areas of imbalance and what’s causing the current bumpy ride. This helps in setting priorities and goals for creating a smoother ride based on your life vision.

      I’ve been a professional coach for 14 years and using the Wheel is an important piece of the initial 3 hour Discovery Session. The insights that arise from this exercise will amaze you!

      The Wheel of Life is a powerful springboard that will help you start the New Year with clarity and focus. You’ll walk away with a game plan for creating a balanced and fulfilled life.

      During the workshop, you will:

      • Focus on your finances, career, relationships, health, personal growth, fun & recreation and environment.
      • Get a clearer idea to what’s contributing to your current situation.
      • Identify what’s working and where there is room for growth
      • Explore how you want your life to be and begin the process of creating it.
      • Prioritizing what really matters to you and learn to say “no” to what gets in the way.
      • Create an action plan and strategies to stay focused on your goals
      • Make new friends who will support and cheer you on!

      Kelli Cotner, CPCC

      Kelli Cotner is a Certified Professional Coach and Leadership graduate through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). She served 5 years as Program Director, Vice President and President for the Greater Austin Chapter of the International Coaches Federation which is the gold standard in coaching. She is the owner of True Nature Life Coaching and has been coaching people in living intentionally, wide awake and true to their nature for over 14 years.

      Passionate about the Buddhist teachings and meditation, she teaches a weekly mindfulness meditation class at Dharma Ranch. She is trained through the MBSR Teacher Training, at Brown University Mindfulness Center and the Center for Mindfulness (CFM) with the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Kelli is a Brown University Level 1 MBSR Teacher offering the full 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course. MBSR is a secular and evidence-based stress reduction program developed by Jon Kabat Zinn, PhD.
